Upland Road's flat rate for ground shipping via USPS in the USA is $3.95.
The buyer is responsible for shipping, and shipping costs.
If you choose a shipping method that does not include insurance and your
item is lost in the postal system, we will not refund the purchase price or
shipping cost for your purchase.
If your item is lost by the carrier, please take your tracking number and
printed receipt to your local post office and file a claim, or, you can do this
online. We do not file claims on your behalf. Please let us know if you need
any additional information to help with your claim.
All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. If you are exchanging
an item, you are responsible for paying shipping to send it back to us, and
for us to ship the new item to you, unless there was an error on our part, or
a defect, in which case Upland Road will pay to reship an exchange to you.
Merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date with its original label still attached and intact, unaltered and in saleable condition, a refund will be issued to the original form of payment at the original selling price. For products returned between 30 and 60 days after purchase date, a merchandise credit to UplandRoad.com will be issued at the original selling price.

Upland Road will refund the purchase price of goods if we receive your return:
- Unused, in original condition, with tags attached (if applicable)
- Within 30 days of purchase date, and
- Accompanied by a receipt, packing slip or proof of purchase for the item(s)

What's not returnable/exchangeable?
- Upland Road Gift Cards
- Lotions and soaps
- Leggings that have been worn, washed or tried on.
- Certain items, clearly noted "final sale" when purchased
- Kitchen items that have been opened or used
- Items that no longer have their original tags & or packaging
- Exceptions: items with defects are returnable within 30 days of purchase for credit, or within 31-60 days of purchase for merchandise credit.
Most returns will process in approximately 1-2 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional delays may occur.
A refund will then be credited back to your original method of payment, and will post approximately 1-3 business days after the processing date. It may take up to two billing cycles for the credit to appear on your monthly credit card statement. Gift card purchases will be refunded in the form of a merchandise credit.
Upland Road Ventures is not liable for loss or damage of a return before it is received by Upland Road and will not assume responsibility without proof of delivery to Upland Road Ventures.
When you purchase Upland Road items as gifts by December 24, we will extend the return / exchange period to January 24 of the following year.
Upland Road will ship exchanges for defects or our errors back to you with no shipping charge. If you wish to exchange an item
Feel free to add additional items to your return order, and we will charge you only for the items, and will include them with your exchange with no additional shipping charge.
Once your return is received, we will notify you by email. When your return is approved, we will exchange, refund or credit your return within 7 days. Any credit balance we will credit to you in the same manner that you paid (unless you specify that you would prefer to receive a merchandise credit in the form of a gift card). If your requested exchange item is of greater value than your return we will arrange payment of the balance with you.
Credits and refunds will be processed within 10 days of receipt of your return, and refunds will be applied to your credit card or, if you paid by check or cash, Upland Road will mail a check to you for the amount due.

We recommend that you insure your package, as Upland Road is not responsible for your goods until they are received on our premises. You are responsible for shipping costs to return your item(s), unless we made an error in shipping or there was a defect, in which case we will credit your shipping cost to you. Upland Road will ship exchanges back to you with no shipping charge.
