We're looking forward to a great day at "The Revolution of Consciousness" this Sunday at the Westin-Waltham from 10:00 to 6:00. Upland Road will be located near the entrance to the exhibitor area, across from Starbucks. Natural Awakenings Boston Magazine has developed this impressive new mindfulness, personal growth and healthy living expo. The $12 entry fee ($8.00 in advance at TROC.EventBrite.com) includes free entrance to three documentary film screenings and a choice to attend up to four of the 20 workshops offered. Over 60 exhibitors will share information about their services and offer healthy living/healthy planet products and services. A variety of bodywork and mindfulness practitioners, including chiropractic, acupuncture, Reiki, reflexology and massage therapists, will offer brief on-the-spot treatments for free, by donation or for a small fee. Additionally, the option for a guided labyrinth meditation walk will be available between film screenings.
